Meet the Staff

Dr. Pennoyer’s comprehensive practice is devoted to Medical, Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology. She received her B.A. from Harvard University, earned her medical degree from the UConn School of Medicine, did her internship in internal medicine at UConn, and completed her dermatology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Associate Clinical Professor at the UConn School of Medicine, as well as a member of the Connecticut Dermatologic Society, the Hartford County Medical Association, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS).

Lynn Fairchild earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, where she majored in molecular biology and English. After graduation, she worked as an oncology research coordinator at Johns Hopkins University before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Towson University.

Caitlin Soucy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biomolecular sciences from Central Connecticut State University. She began her career in the medical field before earning her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
