Dr. Shivani Sinha
Dr. Shivani Sinha is a board-eligible dermatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care.
Dr. Sinha earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University, followed by a Master of Biomedical Sciences from the Tufts University School of Medicine. She then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. Following medical school, Dr. Sinha completed an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology at UConn Health, where she received advanced training in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of skin conditions.
Dr. Sinha specializes in medical dermatology, with particular expertise in skin cancer screening and prevention, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other acute and chronic dermatologic disorders. In addition to her clinical work, she is committed to advancing the field through research and scholarly contributions. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed dermatology journals, contributed chapters to dermatology textbooks, and presented clinical cases and research at national dermatology conferences.
