Office Closure Notice
Dear patients,
After careful consideration, and in full compliance with the CDC’s health and safety guidelines, we have decided to close the office until the crisis is contained.
If you have an appointment scheduled during this time, please do not come into the office. Our staff is working diligently to contact each patient that is scheduled during this time to ensure all of our patients’ needs are being met.
Although we will not be able to see patients in the office during this time, we are offering another option if you need or would like to schedule an appointment with a Provider. During the next two weeks we will be offering Telehealth appointments via FaceTime or Skype to all of our existing medical patients. Please note that these appointments will be billed to your insurance. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a Telehealth appointment, please call (860) 614-6153.
